TEKBOX delivers a plethora of logistical vehicle data
that is sent wirelessly between the car and the server.
This data contains:

- • Travelled Distance
- • Fuel Level
- • Measured Idling Time of The Engine
Driver Behaviour
Impact sensors, accelerometes, gyroscopes
and speed data is all logged allowing the monitoring of
driver behaviour. These sensors help to identify if the car is
being misused through the constant monitoring of acceleration,
braking and turning.
Real time vehicle data
Data from the car is transmitted in real time so you can get
car voltage, location, accessories, fuel levels and other data
whenever you want.
Remote unlock and lock
Car is able to be locked and unlocked directly from a web
browser on a computer, tablet or mobile phone allowing you to
easily provide access to your vehicles from a remote location.
Making, deleting and modifying reservations
Reservations can be made, edited and deleted. All reservation
data is sent via the 3G network and stored directly on the
module.
Record trip data
Trip data, such as KMs travelled, is recorded and can be
acquired on demand and automatically at the end of each
reservation.
GPS location acquisition
GPS location is regularly automatically triangulated during a
reservation or can be acquired on demand with one click to
enable you to always keep track of the precise location of your
fleet vehicles.
RFID card and mobile phone access
Almost any smart card can be used to unlock the vehicles. Your
existing staff / student / public transit cards can be
integrated with the TEKBOX card reader to access your cars. The
cars can also be accessed using your mobile phone.
Fuel card management
The TEKBOX module detects the insertion, removal and presence
of the fuel card in the vehicle to allow you to keep track of
your fuel cards and prevent theft and fraud.
Remote start/stop of the vehicle engine
Car's engine is able to be started and stopped directly from a
web browser on a computer, tablet or mobile phone.
Online update of box firmware
The box's firmware is able to be updated easily online without
having to tinker with the box itself.
